P. G.The care and attention my husband Keith had here was excellent. The carers are very patient with a difficult job. The food is delicious and well served. Puréed meals are formed to look real! The office doors of the Manager Janet and the nurses were never closed when they were in the office and welcomed anyone who needed a chat. My husband was only there for 3 months. But his care was good especially in the last few weeks before he sadly passed away. The home has a homely feeling.
K. B.Staff were so lovely with my mum who had very complex needs. They certainly stepped up to the challenge of nursing her when she became very sick in her last few weeks, taking advice from the local Hospice when needed. I became a daughter again instead of a carer. Cannot thank them all enough, Theresa and Tim and all the army of carers who treated my mum with dignity and respect - Thank you so very very much.
M. M.Staff are a great bunch, they seem to do a great job keeping spirits high. We chose this home as it had better facilities than others we saw in Stoke on Trent. We now realise that it is the staff who really make a great care home, my aunt is very happy here.
D. A.As a visitor to the home I can say the staff are always welcoming and full of personality. Its great to work with the people on site who have all the right personal qualities you would expect in such a facility. The setting of the home is beautiful in particular the large grounds and surroundings that are evident as soon as you arrive. Well done to all the staff at the home.
