S. B.Wilbraham House has provided a safe, secure and extremely caring environment for almost 6 years. Their attentive care has been second to none, they have always kept us informed, provided great activities which family are also encouraged to participate in and the food is excellent. In fact it is akin to a large family home environment. The management and staff were very attentive in their palliative care for our loved one and gave a first class service to our family at a difficult time. We have received many positive comments from our wider family in support of the outstanding care given by Wilbraham House. We are so grateful for all the support over the years and are thankful that we made the right choice in Wilbraham House and therefore have no hesitation in recommending this Care Home.

M.My Uncle Norman has been a resident since Feb 2019 the last twelve months has seen a lot of changes in the running and administration of the home all these changes are for the better. and Norman is enjoying his stay which is down to caring and professional staff and his new refurbished accommodation is lovely.
a. h.Margery Housley (Mum) passed away 1st December 2017 at Wilbraham House, where she had resided for the past 5 years. I would like to thank all the staff for the exceptional care and attention given to Mum during this time. Towards the end the dedication of the staff both to her and the family was outstanding. I cannot thank them all enough. Thank you Ray and Ann.

The Manager is making continual improvements, with regular resident meetings as well as family meetings so you can get involved, always plenty of activities too!
S. P.Having visited friends and family, l have found the staff to be warm a d welcoming and the care give end to residents is excellent: this Christmas was especially nice and the manager went out of her way to ensure residents had a lovely day
