I have worked for Home Instead Swansea for over 2 years. I have previously worked in other care company's, however they do not compare to Home Instead! The office staff are amazing, always there to give help and support when needed. Home Instead really do care for both their clients and staff. I love my job and I love going to see all my clients! Whether it's a career change or looking for care for yourself or a family member, I would highly recommend Home Instead!

I joined home instead in January after being made redundant. I had always worked in retail and felt undervalued so I wanted to do something that was worth while. I was very unsure but the whole process was seemless. The recruitment and office/support team are efficient, professional but very approachable and super friendly. The recruitment process and training was very informative and easy to navigate and gave me the confidence to work in a field I had never worked in before. I am 7 months on and I can honestly say I absolutely love my job. I could never imagine doing anything else or anyone else.
