White Lodge care home has been my first care home placement as a student nurse, and I’ve experienced an extremely warm welcome. Their staff are extremely passionate about the care being delivered to the residents, and are all very knowledgable. The nurses are amazing and provide brilliant person centred care. The home itself is homely, clean and has lovely views of the lake behind. All staff have been kind and welcoming to me which has made my experience here very enjoyable.

I volunteer for a charity called Cariad Pet Therapy and we visit care homes around Swindon, I contacted Lucy to see if they would benefit from a visit from myself and my dog Casper. Lucy was really enthusiastic and excited about our visit, she responded in a timely way to all of my correspondence and could not do enough to accommodate us during our visit, all of the staff including the lady on reception were really welcoming and friendly. The grounds were lovely, and the care home itself was very clean.we met a lot of the residents both in their rooms and in the communal areas and everyone was really happy to see us, it was obvious from the way the residents greeted Lucy that they were really fond of her, it was an absolute pleasure to meet everyone and we look forward to visiting again in the future! Lovely that Lucy took the time to set this up for the residents. Thank you for looking after Casper too😊

I was contacted by Lucy to create a balloon display for the front entrance. When I arrived the atmosphere was so lovely. Everyone was so enthusiastic about setting up for the Mad Hatters tea party. I even had a sneak peak. I hope to come back again to create something special again. Thank you Lucy

I visited the care home today to take part in the christmas fayre. It was a lovely few hours getting to know staff and seeing parts of the home and grounds. The home and grounds are absolutely beautiful and homely, the staff were lovely and very welcoming.

I have visited White Lodge on many occasions over the years to provide entertainment for the residents. I'm always impressed by the friendliness of staff and how content the residents are. Very clean and comfortable and every effort made by the staff to encourage the residents to take part in activities. Happy residents Happy home!

As the in house hairdresser I work closely with all of the staff at whitelodge and I find them all extremely helpful and polite. The grounds are lovely and the home is always clean. I thoroughly enjoy working at Whitelodge.

Since my Mother moved in last June, the staff at White Lodge have always been welcoming, helpful and very caring of her. They also look out for us and are sensitive to the stresses and emotions that the family can be feeling. The setting and quality of the rooms are excellent. The food is very good too! I've had the pleasure of making regular visits to White Lodge recently to take part in providing some entertainment for the residents. I must say that the setting is lovely and I really enjoy the rapport that I have with the Activities Team and the residents, who thoroughly enjoy a little jig around the lounge with the carers to their music of choice! I always enjoy my visits to White Lodge :)
