We've been working with Halo since December and despite having to navigate the Pandemic and all its complexity they have been excellent in providing support for our 94 year old mother in law. The responsive way in which Scott has endeavoured to ensure that we have a suitable qualified and suitably adaptable carer to meet the needs of this special old lady has been immense. His and the staff provided have been responsive to our changing needs and helped establish a routine which has been of great value in providing myself and my wife with the facility to take a break from our caring responsibilities.
