M. r.I have worked for right at home for over 2 years now and am completing a qualification in Health and social care which is funded by the company. I started as a caregiver and have been promoted, now a team leader. I enjoy my role and Right at Home Swindon have made me feel like part of a team since day one. We receive love2shop vouchers as well as our hourly pay when we work outside of our availability. We have great clients and i never feel i am rushing to complete visits.

This is the first job i have had in 16 years due to caring for my own children, they have been so welcoming and helpful, Absolutely love the job, the clients and other staff members are amazing, the support you receive is amazing. The training is informative, and very helpful. The additional bonus you can get ie love to shop vouchers, discounts in stores/ and online , recommend a friend, are very good. I would highly recommend this company.

a. g.Right at home have been a great company to work for, i had great training and they put me through my NVQ to provide me with better knowledge for my job role. Management have always been supportive and I know I can go in and have a chat if I have any problems. I like that we have more times with our clients and never have to rush them.

The office team were always on hand to support with any extra care my dad needed especially if me and my family had events to attend they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs even at short notice .
My dad loved the carers that came to see him he enjoyed there conversations and friendly faces making him feel at ease and comfortable in his own home .
Thanks to the wonderful team at right at home they made this whole process a lot easier for us having not had any experience or dealings within the care industry before they took care of everything and put our families minds at rest knowing he was in safe hands .

When we approached the idea of getting mum help she was against the idea. However, Right at Home provided us with very experienced carers and mum liked all three carers assigned to her. Gradually she has accepted care and this has improved my life too!
