I thoroughly love my role as a Support Worker at Essence Care. I have learnt so much in the year that I have been working here, for instance, I am much more well informed and aware of Dementia and the affect that is has on individuals. The guys in the office are extremely friendly, and have given me plenty of opportunities to develop my knowledge on Health and Social Care. I would truly recommend anybody to work here, I very much look forward to progressing further into the company. At the end of the day, I go home with a huge smile on face, knowing that I have done my very best for the wonderful ladies that I see.
