I give this company 5 stars because of three reasons . First they look after both their workers and their clients . Second They abide by both the company and the Government rules and Regulations so no short cuts every thing is on paper and good care for everyone. Third all the workers are given good training before they go to the clients homes , I would advise all those who are looking for care to call this company and believe me you will be satisfied with the outcome

I have worked for the company for 6 plus years, I've had support from my seniors and any issues dealt with and resolved quickly. I have consistency with my clients which benefits them and myself as I feel I can meet their needs by seeing them regularly. We have a lovely team of carers which provide excellent care, I love my job and it’s very satisfying when I leave seeing I've put a smile on client’s faces and look forward to our daily chats, feeling like I am making a difference, I would recommend the company.

It is so reassuring to have a care company that we can trust and rely on, and one that Mom feels so content with. We have had some really difficult and worrying experiences in the past with different care companies and we feel very previlaged and lucky for Mom to be with a very professional company that really do care about their clients. We love that Mom has continuity of care, with her regular carer coming 3 times a day, on the days Michelle is working, which is so good for Mom's wellbeing, and in turn for us knowing that Michelle is familiar with so many things, and is so in tune with Mom's needs, encouraging her to eat and she goes that extra mile to make a variety of meals to entice Mom to eat. Also Mom is so contented with Michelle being her main carer. We would like to say a big thank you and well done to all of the staff, carers for their amazing work they do at all times, and the administrative staff too, for all the hard work they do, organising and keeping everything running smoothly especially through such a very difficult year. It has in no way compromised Mom's care at all, and you have an excellent team to be proud of!!! Thank you all from a very grateful family.

I have worked with this company for over 4 years now and I think that says everything... I LOVE my job. The clients and staff are lovely, caring and compassionate people. I'm very happy here. They are flexible with working hours and have accommodated hours to suit me since having my daughter. Would definitely recommend.

I recommend this company as they listen to my needs and send me the same carers which is very reassuring to me I can call them very easy when needed. The carers are really helpful caring and are there for me when I need things doing they are more like friends than carers. The carers go out of there way and sometimes work over there time

I have worked for this company for nearly 3 years, I have had issues, doesn't every one who works for any company, I have found the office staff very helpful, polite and considerate. They are very accommodating when it comes to your working hours, changing them if it is needed, working around any appointments that I have had. Also they are very understanding of any problems that you may have and acted on it straight away. When I have phoned through with a problem regarding a service user they have always acted on it straight away and resolved the problem. I always have a saying treat people with respect and you get respect back. If there was a 10 star rating I would give a 11' but there is only a 5 so I will give them a 5 🤗
