S. S.I would like to congratulate Helping Hands at Warrington on the excellent service they provide. All of the staff are extremely kind, proficient and very flexible so they can ensure that the person they are looking after is exceedingly well cared for. They are totally reliable and never late - nor do they leave before the allotted time. Recently my husband had medical issues to face up to. At the same time, workmen doing jobs in the home failed to come up to standard, leaving us with challenges, including no hot water for two weeks. The girls helped me to prioritise and resolve as many as possible. They even came with flowers and a box of chocolates - and I am not their patient! We could not manage without them and always look forward to their visits.
