My mother has been a resident here since June and she is very happy. The staff are very friendly, and in the 6 months we have been visiting it is great to see that the staff are stable and so you see the same faces. The home is kept very clean and welcoming. Activities are provided for the residents to attend, some of those include outings. The food I have seen provided has been good. I am very happy with the care and attention that is given to my mother. I would recommend Greenbanks care home.

This relates to my partner of 20+ years, and in my view all the staff cannot be any more helpful and caring. They have been very flexible and always accommodating to all visitors and welcome people to visit. In my opinion, the staff do have a job to do and always need to put the residents well being first and I believe this is always the case even when visitors are around. The residents are at Greenbanks for a reason, and this 24/7 care is massively appreciated when things get too much. I personally cannot thank them enough for ensuring the safety and well-being of my partner as she loves it there and it really is a home for her now, a comfortable and safe environment where trained staff are available to care for her better than ever. A big thank you to the manager's Florence and Nemo especially whom are always fantastic.

Excellent home, staff and management team. My mom thoroughly enjoyed her stay in greenbanks. Manager is extremely kind and supportive. Greenbanks staff are polite and professional. End of life care was excellent for my mom.

I am the sister of the resident in Jadey Reyland's review and I have been informed of the incident. I cannot praise the staff at Greenbanks enough. They are all very caring and friendly and my sister is very happy there. Ms. Reyland had no right to criticize and abuse the staff as she is not related to our family and has only become involved through her partner (my sister's grandson) in the last 6 months. Visitors should not interfere in the running of this wonderful home and probably should not be there, in the way, when the residents are being settled down for the night. I am confident that my sister came to no harm but as she is very frail any movement is difficult and uncomfortable. Thank you all at Greenbanks.

my mother went into greenbanks on 08/12/14 on six weeks respite she is still resident at this time greenbanks is a wonderful place the staff the food and the care is second to none the place is excellent in every way I could not be happier for my mother to be cared for at greenbanks
