Late last year I lost my father and with my mother to look after, I took on a care agency to live in with her. After 3 month’s I decided things were not quite right for my mother. Promedica 24 were recommended to me by Social Services. Promedica 24 were on top of things from day one and had things in place very quickly. The transition for me was fantastic and with everything in place, life for both my mother and I is so much easier now. My mother is now receiving the care I had hoped for. They are at the end of the phone if you should need them and sort out anything you ask for straight away. Promedica 24 are definitely one of the best recommendations I have ever had.
