I visited recently and was very impressed. This is indeed a luxury care facility that offers every option. From the beautiful surroundings throughout to the well though out accommodations to suit a wide variety of circumstances, Elton House offers everything. The staff are knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly. Parking is plentiful and convenient and the location is convenient too. Definitely a place I would be happy to have my loved one cared for in.

When taking a relative in to care, whether it is as a permanent resident or for respite, you don't want them to feel like they are going in to a 'home'. That's why Elton House is so brilliant. There are no 'care home' signs up outside - trust me that is important when you move a bewildered elderly person. The whole atmosphere is one of modern comfort and as many have said it is more like a hotel than a care home. The staff are attentive, there is plenty going on for stimulation for residents and the rooms are a home from home. I visited with a view to respite care and possible longer term care for my Mum and without hesitation I would say that this is the place for her when we are ready.

Visited Elton house today, it was absolutely beautiful inside and out. It felt like I stepped into a luxury hotel or cruise ship. I met a few members of staff and some of the residents during my visit who were all so friendly and welcoming.

I have had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful home a number of times. The staff have always made me feel extremely welcome on each visit offering tea, coffee and beautifully presented (and delicious) cakes. The environment is beautiful with a homely yet elegant feel. The residents always look happy and well cared for. I look forward to my next visit.

Elton House feels more like a hotel than a care home. Whilst the nursing care is excellent, with the staff very friendly and extremely helpful, this is generally confined to residents rooms. The common areas do not feel like a care home, and with a coffee bar, hairdresser, cinema and waiter service restaurant it really feels like a hotel. If I have one criticism it is that their marketing material does not do them justice

I went to visit Elton House with my Mum and was so pleased with the homely, warm welcome we received. The staff were so helpful with all aspects of the care they offer and the guidance we received made a real difference to us both. I dropped a client off and wasn't aware the place was a care home. I thought it was a five star hotel. Staff were like something from British Airways and the place and rooms are the best I've seen and trust me. I've seen most due to the nature of my job. Amazing but little known place. A gem.

This is by far one of the most beautiful care homes I've had the pleasure of visiting, this is equally matched with the high standards of care. Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the staff at Elton and I would have no hesitations about sending a loved one here.
