If you live in an area covered by Astor Care, look nowhere else for competent, compassionate carers. They are not the cheapest provider, but in our family's opinion, they are the best. Astor carers actually care. They don't just do as asked, they see what needs doing and get on with it. They not only provide excellent care for the client's emotional and physical needs, they also take the time to keep the client's home clean, comfortable and safe. I have worked for Astor Care for few years and I am happy to say that it was one of the best experiences in my working career. Staff in the office are very professional, always dealt promptly with every issue I had brought to their attention and have been very supportive towards my needs. My colleagues I worked with were very friendly, knowledgeable, kind and caring. Overall I met some wonderful people along the way, colleagues and clients and I am still keeping in touch with some of them which is wonderful. I most definitely would recommend Astor Care to any future staff or customers.

I can’t praise Astor Care enough for the care and compassion they have shown my mum. The carers won her over at a time when she was reluctant to receive care and have only ever shown my mum respect and kindness. The office staff have responded - often at short notice- to my mum’s changing care needs and are always willing to discuss any concerns we have.
