Very pretty, always clean environment. I have been to see residents as part of a care company. Staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. Not a bad word to say about the place, just a shame that there's usually only 1 manager around meaning everything is their responsibility which isn't fair and although community carers love going into help, the place cod do with one or two extra support worker type staff members for when community carers not there.

My mum lived here for the last 5 years of her life. The place is beautifully kept and the staff are all friendly and caring, going out of their way to keep an eye on the residents and help them out in all sorts of little ways which are important when you are getting on in life. The food in the restaurant is excellent too.

Very nice, well maintained, retirement homes. Quite expensive to buy for a relatively small apartment. The maintenance fee is a killer though, £600 to £700 per month, so not for people on state pensions. The restaurant here seems to have a bad reputation, very basic food, even though the prices are not basic. Definetly a retirement home for the better off.

I deliver medical supplies to residents. Eastbank is clean, warm and well staffed. As a visitor you are greeted and directed. Residents report that they are pleased with the facilities. Eastbank is off the noise of the main road. My only niggle would be that there is still construction going on in the carpark, but looking to the future - a lovely place.

This is a retirement complex on the outskirts of Worcester. We were visiting a relative there snd, from his experience, it is a well run and comfortable complex with various activities available for the residents as well as a good restaurant.
