L. C.This company are pretty much faultless and the best care company I have had by far. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are all wonderful. Kind, caring, personable, professional, discreet and very capable. They are always polite and courteous. They are always considerate of your wants and needs. They always do their best to meet your needs, including chosen times for visits, jobs wanted doing etc and will always do their best to accommodate any changes you need, for example, taking you to an appointment or sudden changes in your plans. Where many companies would just cancel that visit, HH Worcester will try and send someone to you at a different time so that you don’t miss out. The carers always stay for the full allocated time, are generally always on time, and if, for what ever reason, they are delayed, they will do their best to let you know. They always ask what you would like doing and will do pretty much anything, from personal care, household chores, shopping, taking you to appointments or out for social reasons, to just sitting down with a cup of tea and a good chat! Petra, the manager, is like the Mary Poppins of adult care, and her dedication to the job and evident love of it, is passed on to the carers who all have the utmost respect for her and genuinely love working with her. If you want a 5* care company, you won’t go far wrong with Helping Hands Worcester!

Petra & her team are amazing very caring & supportive in looking after our frail elderly mother . Its very reassuring to our family knowing that our mother is being well cared for by lovely carers ,also Petra & Arter are very good at communicating with us too . They are readily available to talk too .
