Working at the Boynes feels like a home from home. We have been going through one of the most toughest times in modern history and yet despite this our team has been formidable, caring, supportive and truly inspirational. I feel privileged to be able to work in one of the most beautiful parts of the United Kingdom for a Company who have put the needs of both residents and staff first. With such a fantastic, kind, caring and compassionate team, I can’t imagine ever working anywhere else! I love what I do and I love making a positive impact on the lives of those who are in our care. Working here is very rewarding indeed, and with the warm family atmosphere I couldn’t be happier ❤️

The Boynes is a very friendly home to work in. the staff and residents are always smiling and laughing and welcome new visitors with a warm welcome. Every day you hear staff and residents laughing.it doesnt feel like work as everyone seems to really enjoy being here. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff or management and they are also open to new ideas to improve the home and staff/residents stay even more.
There are various trips out for residents or they have a choice of activities daily. the home is set in the countryside which has breath-taking views of the Malverns., which makes working or staying here even more pleasurably.

Stunning gardens and views. I have seen pheasants, a deer, some rabbits and a woodpecker in the gardens here. Beautiful country residence. I couldn't help myself from pulling my phone out and clicking some pictures. The manager here is committed to equality and diversity and the staff are pleasant and smile on residents' face is certificate of that.

Wonderful! What a beautiful place! The residents are so well cared for here and not just looking their best, but their over all well being. The choice of activities that are available are wonderful and the home have it's own bus to go out on trips, which are brilliant! The staff will go above and beyond here. A lovely to live or for a respite break!

The gardens look beautiful, everyone looks really happy. The food smells really good. I’ve tried the porridge and didn’t realise a simple porridge could be made so well, best porridge in Worcestershire I reckon!
