I have worked for Greenshoot for about 18 months and they are fantastic. The whole office team are really efficient and super friendly. I feel really supported there. I feel like they really care about their staff and the clients they support. They give good training and put you in roles that you feel confident in. As a student I find the role really great as it is flexible. The team are really great if I have exams coming up and want to work less or am on holiday and want to work more. I feel like they want me to succeed both at work and in my degree which is really nice. They always pay correctly and on time. The pay is also weekly which is really useful for me.

I have been working for Greenshoot care services for approximately 2 months now. I really appreciated the welcome and already feel I am a valuable member of the team. Staff are very friendly, supportive and easily accessible. I have 20 years experience in the nursing field and I must admit this is the best agency I have worked for. Greenshoot SCS has employed me for the past three years, and they have been a pleasure to work for. All the staff at Greenshoot are extremely friendly, and understanding about the hours you would like to work. This has been important to me, as I have been working alongside my undergraduate degree. This meant I went months without being able to work; however, in the holidays when I needed shifts again, Greenshoot were extremely accommodating in providing me with these shifts. From the very first meeting at interview the whole experience has been professional and friendly. Everyone you talk to or have any contact with within the office including the directors are warm and welcoming and nothing is to much trouble. All the staff have personal experience of working within the care settings that they provide staff for, so they understand any problems that you may encounter and are there to offer support to their staff should they need it. They pay weekly and are very reliable and pay on time every. Staff are always welcome to pop into the office for a chat and a coffee and never made to feel that people including the directors are to busy to take time out to see how you are. It is a pleasure to work for such a professional kind and caring company. As a token of the directors thanks and appreciation for our hard work and professionalism throughout the year they provide a fabulous Christmas party that should not be missed.

I am RSW for Greenshoot. I have been with this company for nine months now. From December 2019 up to date am working on a package of caring someone with autism. The package has been good and the company did everything for us to keep us safe. We had wonderful training provided by the company. We had good communication system between the workers and the office. All the materials we requested for use where supplied within the shortest time. The company also booked a cottage for those travelling long distances. This made our lives easier than travelling long distances each day. Hoping to work on such packages in future again.

Since joining this Specialised Care Services Organisation for well over 4-5 years, am sure, I have seen and appreciated its dedication and commitment to serving people everywhere. I have no doubt in my mind that the organisation and its serving people do their best in ensuring quality care of the highest standard possible is delivered. The organisation runs online training and classroom ones as well which help staff to engage and share their experiences as well as motivate one another in the process of learning.
