As a first-time carer, I received amazing training and support to fully understand my role and perform to the best of my abilities. The staff and management were extremely supportive and answered all of the questions I had. Being a student it was very important for me to have a flexible schedule that would fit my responsibilities at University and I got that! I am enjoying my role in Minster Home Care and I couldn't recommend it more.
P. P.I’ve been working at Minister for almost three months now and all I can say is that they have been a fabulous company to work for. The clients are amazing and don’t cause much stress what do so ever They have been very accommodating for my personal issues and health issues which has made my work life less stressful.
