I can't believe it's been 6 years since I have been to English school of falconry. It was an amazing experience great guides who gave a very good advice on all the birds we had shown to our group. I will recommend anyone to visit the birds they have are stunning plus they put a great show on at the end. Also et involved in handling some of them to great time being there I would love to go again some day.

Excellent day out for families, kids or adults. The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable. The animals appeared well looked after. The experience activities were very enjoyable.

What a lovely place to go to, with knowledgeable staff "Jack" was our handler for our ultimate eagle experience. Going for our second visit today for afternoon tea with the owls taking the 3 children. Added Did another half day experience Hunting with Harris hawks, and it was fantastic once again 🙂

Absolutely excellent day out with my brother and two of my sons. We did the one to one birds of prey event and it was great. We also stayed for the morning bird show. The birds were amazing and really well trained, the staff were friendly and seemed very competent and the handler for the one to one Cam was a brilliant brilliant host, he was really helpful and gave really easy to follow instructions and topped it all off with the American bold Eagle which was absolutely superb. Will definitely go again when back in the area. Just a really good day

We had the most amazing 3hr experience holding beautiful owls and fearsome eagles and hawks then flying them and feeding them. The girls were super knowledgeable, all the birds were well looked after and we enjoyed every bit of it.

We did an 'owl experience' which was lovely. The expert that showed us the beautiful birds really knew what she was talking about and was a joy to speak to. The afternoon tea that came with the price was huge and you get to see the whole park as part of the price. Definitely recommended. The farm side of the organisation is a bit less impressive and feels like an afterthought, although we were there out of season. It's worth doing the meet the animals event as the keepers are very passionate and the animals are remarkably calm.

An excellent experience with first class customer service. I bought a 2 hour experience with Birds of Prey and what I got was far greater than I had perceived and it lasted almost 3 hours. We were able to handle the birds and also fly them as well as watch a flying display of a number of different bird types. I can not recommend this place highly enough, there's a great little cafe also serving home cooked foods, hot & cold drinks. You need to have some time to visit this place but when you do you will have a wonderful experience.

Had a brilliant day. It cost £59 entry and 1 hour bird flying experience for 2 adults and 2 kids. The cafe was very reasonably priced too. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. You can get up close and hold the birds they are simply stunning. We spent the whole day there. We skated on the skate rink which was really good fun. We can't wait to go back, best day out ever! Highly recommend a visit.

When we first turned up we were the only visitors, and none of the activities on the timetable seemed to be happening. As it was cold we went into the cafe for a coffee and mentioned this to the lady in there. Within minutes she had contacted some of the other staff who then made sure that we definitely got the most out of our visit. Kyle and Jamie put on a great flying display, despite the wind and cold. And then we got to hold some fantastic birds, a few creepy crawlies, a skunk and a tortoise. My husband and I and our 2 year old had a fab personal experience thanks to these guys who are obviously very passionate about what they do. The whole place was well looked after and professionally managed. We would definitely recommend.

Went here for a craft fair, charged £6 for entry. This included seeing the animals and the show. The craft fair consisted of around 10 stalls. They also had a few traders selling food such as Thai and noodles. We opted for the on site cafe. However we found the cafe staff could do with a lesson in customer service, they were rude and acted as if we'd inconvenienced them asking for food, everything was just too much bother. In the end we cancelled our food order and just got some drinks. I would definitely say eat before you go. The show was good although a few birds weren't doing as they were asked, but that added some comedy. The commentator was good and very knowledgeable. We did find that the birds were all on very short tethers, there was a sign explaining that they were flown daily but it doesn't stop you from feeling sorry and quite distraught when they were attempting to fly. We won't be in a rush to go back again.

An excellent experience. I spent an enjoyable afternoon here and I will certainly be back. This is a facility that's all about the birds and not more concerned with the commercials. Thete is a quaint yes room and every member of staff is passionate and knowledgeable about each and every bird. There are plenty of experiences to be purchased including a days hunting with a Harris Hawk. We had a 2 hour experience, bought on Groupon, where we were able to handle and fly the birds plus we were treated to a Flying display meaning the experience lasted almost 3 hours. It was one of my top 10 visits ever, I cannot recommend it high enough plus it's very reasonably priced.

My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic time here for our anniversary. I booked us on the half day Owl and Eagle Experience which was really good. There is a vast array of birds to see and handle and all of the staff are very knowledgeable and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend it for a day out with the family.

Just a wonderful experience today, flying and handling some magnificent birds. Our guides Kyle and Rachel were hugely knowledgable, humorous, friendly and patient - wonderful. The display was incredible too - a peregrine shooting through the crowd like a fighter jet, owls flying so close overhead one's forehead was brushed by their wings, a sea eagle shooting up vertically to catch food thrown fifty feet up - totally magical. Can't recommend this enough for an amazing day out.

Excellent service, Great B & B, lovely room and personal lounge, good food and very friendly dogs to welcome you. The Bird display is great with very knowledgeable , friendly and helpful staff. The Christmas Craft Fair 18th Nov was very good, plenty for the children to do with the petting zoo and things to play with and play on. Fantastic place, with lovely and really committed and involved staff. You could easily spend the whole day looking at the birds and other animals on the farm. Its not just for kids. Our group was mostly adults and everyone loved it.

What a Brilliant day I had! Drove up from Kent and it was such a fun day, we started the day with some shooting of some air rifles then onto archery and crossbow. We then got to handle all different types of birds of prey from Eagles to Owls. The young guy that was our group leader was extremely well educated and passionate on everything bird related which made the whole experience day a million times better as we all walked away with some interesting bird knowledge, Would love to go back! My husband bought me a day course here learning how to handle and fly birds of prey. We had a fantastic day holding and flying birds ranging in size from a Barn Owl to a Bald Eagle. Thoroughly informative and enjoyable day and cannot wait to go back.

I was lucky enough to grab a bargain deal on Groupon for a full day eagle experience and I had the best day ever! I visited their previous location twice and thoroughly enjoyed myself then, but again another fantastic day with all the beautiful birds and friendly staff. John, our falconer was friendly, knowledgable, funny and told us many useful facts not just about the birds at the centre, but often the origins of where 'oldie worldie' sayings came from. Held and flew some many birds of prey (owls and eagles) and took too many photos, that I will definitely be recommending the centre to my friends and family. If you're looking for something different with hands on bird experience please pay a visit to these guys and gals.

I bought a half day birds of prey experience through buyagift. I was a little bit annoyed at having to pay extra as a spectator, just to watch her and take some pictures, as on the buyagift site, although it said that some centre's charge extra, this was not one of them. However, we both had a fantastic time and Owen our falconer for the afternoon was full of information and very enthusiastic. I don't think that he stopped for breath, as he told us everything! Even though I was just a spectator, I got to hold and fly some birds. The highlight had to be flying the bald eagle. Would I go again, or recommend it? Hell yeah!

Went here for a birthday treat and it was brilliant, up close and personal with the birds. My mum and sister really enjoyed the flying experience and I loved being able to sit with others and watch, they also included me in some of the demonstrations which was ace! Enjoyed our time here. Lots of birds of prey. The bird display was really good and informative. 30mins or so. All the birds seemd well looked after. I liked watching the storks surprisingly rather than th birds of prey.

It's smaller than I thought, we came just as the birds of prey display was finishing however we did go for a tractor ride through the field. I don't think it would be a full day out, plus it would have been nice to know what approximate time the displays were starting so that we didn't miss out

what an experience!!! Meet and Greet good but when Shouna introduce her self as out 'bird girl' I recognise her from the Paul O'Grady show of 11th May 2015. She knew her job and her down to earth approach was great. There was 8 in our group and when talking never left anyone out plus she made sure every one had a turn with the birds flying to and away from them. She is a great advert for the falconry. The weather could have been a lot warmer but what a great day and both my wife and I would strongly recommend this experience. Will probably book again once we have saved our pennies. Thanks again.
