We are grateful that our Son has had the opportunity be part of Brightminds Daycare. Every member of staff is kind, caring and professional. When collecting our Son staff are passionate about handing over what the nursery day has entailed from the home made food enjoyed to the artwork ready to bring home. We are very impressed at the level of communication from the nursery and at having live updates throughout the day via a communication app. Going to work is alot easier knowing that our Son is in a friendly, educational ,spacious environment where he can explore and grow.

My son has had the privilege of attending both JQ Bright Minds and Edgbaston Bright Minds (where he is at present) change was only due to more convenience for work as both sites are exceptional as they mirror each other the transition was smooth and he settled straight away. The Staff are warm, friendly and competent at their job. They are also attentive this ensures they get to know the each child well so they can meet their individual needs. My son has been open to so much learning opportunities through various activities whether it be indoor or outdoor this has supported and enhance his educational needs. This is all documented in the family app which is excellent as it enables communication between staff and parents. Overall I have been happy with the Bright Minds and would Highly recommend the nursery,

We have been very impressed with Bright Minds. Initially we were very anxious about our son starting nursery but we can't give enough credit to the staff for helping him settle in and making it such a positive experience. Our son absolutely loves going to nursery and we know that is due to the hard work of the staff who make it so fun and who are incredibly caring and compassionate

It is by far the best nursery I have seen and we are very happy that we've chosen it! The staff are very professional and go an extra mile to ensure that the children are enjoying themselves and developing relevant skills. The setting is brilliant - natural colours, educational toys, a safe and stimulating environment for the little ones. We get regular updates through the app and from the staff who are passionate about their work and care about the children. Highly recommended!

My little one has been attending 4 days a week since September 2018. He's now in the big toddler room. I highly recommend this nursery and am very pleased with our choice as he's so happy there. The staff we've met being responsible for his care have all been exceptionally kind, caring and interested in his development. I know he's in good hands and have been really impressed with time and energy that goes into the themed activities each week, but also into helping the children with their routines, manners and kindness. I feel he's in a lovely setting with other lovely children and staff and, as a result, he is noticeably thriving. The food and variety of onsite cooked meals is also to be commended. The nursery was new when we started and there've been a few blips along the way with staff we loved leaving and some communications could have been better and more consistent but I feel that these were teething problems which have been overcome in recent months.

Highly recommend this nursery, been to see so many others before coming across bright minds, could not believe the difference between what I saw before and what I saw in bright minds, such friendly staff and the manager was so helpful at answering all my questions and enquires, nothing was too much trouble for them. , looked after my little one's needs so well, even helped me with her potty training, great approach with the kids ,and so much focus on their mental and physical development. my child (which was very clingy to me) could not wait to go to nursery , she loved it and blossemed there. Also, Very clean and airy place with the cutest garden for outdoor playing. Catered to all my little one's diet requirements with highest standards Being a worrier and sending my first born to nursery for the first time thought I would struggle but instead I felt at so much ease sending my child there . One if the best if not the best nursery around the area.

The best nursery I could find in Birmingham. It can’t be beaten on amazing, supportive staff, excellent activities, events all celebrated, lovely building and garden, a thorough amount of care and attention, personal, warm and comforting environment, parental involvement, clean and fresh new equipment and toys, high emphasis on learn through play, fabulous fresh homemade food cooked on site and a very happy daughter!!

We could not be happier with the care and attention given to our daughter, the Manager Katie is very professional, and along with a great support team they always make us feel like our daughter is being given the best early education possible, and the development is amazing to see.
