V. C.I've been learning mantis here for about 6 weeks now. It's tough but so rewarding and the community is vibrant. So much respect for the guys running it, really good people.
They teach praying mantis style of kung fu, boxing and have a gym too.
Update:
I'm now about a year in and this has been the most enriching thing in my life so far. I'm far more confident in general and competent at the martial artform thanks to the grace of my teachers.

J. S.One of the best places to train Martial arts in Birmingham. A variety of martial arts are taught here with top quality instructors, especially Kung Fu. Staff are very friendly, and helpful. If you like tough training and want to be pushed to your limits then this is the place to train. You don't find Kung fu like here elsewhere
