Gisele is an amazing tutor. She is extremely thoughtful and very well prepared for every session. She always goes the extra mile to make sure you are learning topics that are relevant to your needs. She gives an abundance of worksheets to help practise french at home. She also advises about other mediums to learn french; various websites, radio stations, links to TV, films. Gisele is enthusiastic and has a wealth of knowledge and it is obvious that she is passionate about the french language. I thoroughly enjoy our 1:1 sessions. Her advice has been invaluable. She has given me the confidence to speak french when I am in France.

I have been learning French with Gisele for the past few weeks and have made some good progress. Gisele really cares about motivating you to speak the language and is interested to know the reasons behind your learning so that she can tailor the lessons for maximum relevancy. She is very patient and kind. She has given me loads of extra information and resources (books and links) and the lessons always last longer than an hour. Gisele never watches the clock! Thanks to Bournemouth Language Tuition I was able to start learning French at times which suited me, with a French teacher who tuned in to my needs and provided the style of teaching which met my language ability. I started with no knowledge and in one academic year I reached level A1/A2 where I was able to express myself with confidence, both in speech and writing. I have found her teaching style to be extremely effective. Gisele knows the exact structure required to start building the foundations of the language you are learning, and does it in a fun way that keeps you motivated and wanting to learn. Gisèle is a fantastic tutor who goes above and beyond to help her students. I went to her for some help with French before moving to Switzerland and she tailored the lessons to my needs and helped me to cover a huge range of topics in only a few lessons. Gisèle gives up a lot of time for her students, preparing a lot of different tasks to do in the lesson as well as emailing through useful links and resources between lessons. Gisèle is such an enthusiastic, patient, attentive, kind and caring teacher. I have been studying French with Gisèle for about 3 months in preparation for moving to Paris! Gisèle was very enthusiastic and very helpful not just with teaching me French but helping with specifics for living in France and in particular Paris. I was provided with lots of material for learning and I feel like I have come a long way in the past 3 months! Confident enough to have gained a foundation in French and ready to develop it more in France! I wish I could have had longer to learn with Gisèle as she is a wonderful teacher, however, I only had 3 months until the move. Gisèle taught French to our son Saul leading up to his GCSE examination. She was a real inspiration to him. At that time he was also studying Food Technology and very cleverly Gisele helped him with his "culinary French". I would thoroughly recommend Gisele as a language teacher. I cannot recommend Gisele and Bournemouth Language Tuition highly enough. Her patient and thoughtful approach to language learning puts you at ease from the very start, and you know that you are in good hands! We spent a session getting to know each other so that she could judge where I was in my prior knowledge of the language and what I wanted to get out of my lessons. She then devised an individual plan tailored to my specific needs. It's always good to have a plan, but this is very flexible week by week depending on how I am progressing and what I want to focus on, which I find a perfect mix. She has consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty, sourcing second hand textbooks at amazing prices, and teaching me about not only the language but about the culture as well, even going so far as to print off a couple of recipes for me as she knew that they were from the region of my girlfriend. Not to mention the tea and biscuits. All in all I could not have asked for a better French teacher, and she is equally skilled and passionate in teaching Spanish or English. And all at a very reasonable price. If you're thinking of learning a language, don't hesitate to get in touch with Gisele.

Absolutely fantastic lessons that I had here. She is a very kind, generous and hard working lady. You are able to pick your own topics for the lessons if you desire and she will create a lesson for you. We even had a lesson all about Napoléon Bonaparte, which was great fun.
