S. B.Claire tutored our son before his 11 plus exam, he really improved both in Maths and English during his lessons, she kept him focused and engaged and he always returned having enjoyed them. Our son even asked if he could carry on having tutoring sessions with Claire after the exam was over which is testament to her teaching. I would highly recommend Claire as a tutor.

Claire was always really flexible with lessons, providing zoom lessons during lockdown and one to one short notice lessons when required. I would highly recommend Claire as a tutor.

From December until the exams in May, Claire’s tutoring enabled me to gain A grades for both subjects. Claire continued to tutor me throughout my A levels and as a result, I achieved C grades in both languages.
Claire ensures that her sessions are enjoyable and relaxed, whilst still maintaining a professional approach. Most importantly, her lessons are informative and constructive. I found her weekly Vocabulary tests, grammar practice, reading and listening comprehension and oral practice was extremely helpful. As a result, I felt more comfortable in my studies and I gained incredible amounts of confidence.
I would highly recommend Claire as a MFL tutor!

J. J.I always enjoy lessons with Claire. She makes the work interesting and challenging but is quick to see when I have problems and to find ways to solve them. She is very easy to talk to and is honest about what she knows or needs to check. I plan to carry on with my lessons in German and French as long as I can. I know that with her encouragement I can achieve the standards I want.
