Good morning, I have been here for 1 month everything was going well at first. Then I asked several times to change level but no response. Last week I asked, the two teachers told me that I could change levels, then this week one of the teachers changed their mind. I don't understand ?? And I'm not satisfied at all I didn't pay for it.
