My 2 daughters have been to Seaward and have both loved it and learnt so much there. My older daughter who is now at school still loves visiting. She was well prepared for school knowing most of her sounds and letters which is such an advantage. They install good manners and kindness. Although they are split into 2 age groups they are still mixed a lot so no room segregation like at some nurseries. They are encouraged to play outside and get to go on adventures into Fisherman’s walk and the beach. The staff are all so kind and caring and you know your child is being cared for 100%. The food is amazing, healthy and adventurous and the amount of cooking and baking they do is unbelievable! Lots of yummy treats come home and there are always spares for siblings and parents!! When my younger daughter goes to school in September we will really miss Seaward. I have no hesitation of recommending them to anyone who wants a happy, caring educational environment for their children.

Seaward is a brilliant nursery and we would highly recommend it. We started using it nearly 3 years ago with our middle child and now our youngest child goes there too. They are always attentive, kind and caring and our children have always been more than happy going there.

Back in 2014, I had recently moved to the area from outer London. My daughter, who was aged 5, had previously had an awful time at nursery and I vowed my son would not have the same negative experience. I visited numerous nurseries on the hunt for the 'perfect one' for my son. As soon as I visited Seaward Day Nursery I knew this was 'the one'. It had a homely feel, the staff seemed friendly and the biggest factor for me was how happy all the children were that were there. I enrolled my son and he absolutely thrived at this nursery, learning loads whilst also having an amazing time and making friends that he is still close to today. Two years later my son left to start school and I didn't think twice about enrolling his younger brother, wanting him to have the same amazing experiences that his older sibling had had. My 2nd son struggled with a speech delay and the nursery supported us so much along the way. Just like his older brother, he thrived and even on weekends would ask if he could go in to nursery! My 2nd son started reception year at school this September, having began nursery as a shy little boy and leaving with a bucket full of confidence ... and his baby sister took his place! I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough! Every day for the past 5 years I have been able to drop my children off there, knowing that they are in safe hands, that they are being truly cared for and that they are having a day filled with fun. My little girl literally runs in the front door each morning with the biggest smile on her face and when I collect her that smile is still firmly in place. You only need to see how happy the children are to know that this is a truly special place. If you are looking for a nursery where there is structure to the day, learning through play, staff that are nurturing, kind and professional, a friendly environment and a lunchtime menu to die for, then this is the nursery for you.

An outstanding nursery with fantastic staff. My girls came on leaps and bounds attending this setting and not only did they participate and learn the usual activities that nurseries offer but they got lots of opportunity at Seaward to do cooking and baking, to learn some French, learn some ballet dancing and also be in the Christmas performance of the Nutcracker. They learnt so many songs that I hadn't heard of and they always came home happy after a day at Seaward Day Nursery.

I am so glad that I found this nursery for my daughter, she was so happy and thrived every day. The staff couldn't do enough to make her feel loved and at home, they are like a family there and always tried there best to accommodate your wishes. If we ever require a nursery in the future we will definitely be coming back :)

Absolutely amazing nursery! My daughter started 1 year ago and is just leaving now to start reception, and the lovely staff here are just fantastic in what they do and go above and beyond! My little girl started shy and quite, now she doesn’t even say good bye to me when I drop her off! The work they do is fantastic and is a lot more then a job for them, Thankyou seaward forever in our hearts

Delightful child focused nursery. Our son is totally engaged and very happy here. The staff are excellent and passionate about pre school development in all aspects of the child’s growth. The involvement and education around food and culture is particularly welcoming and was a big hit in our household.
