M. B.Great for the children and adults at any age. It is very good for the martial artists but also for everyone who wants to improve the fitness level and self defence skills.
G. D.My child has come on so much since starting Ju-jitsu. He's improving his skills and progressing through his gradings, but his confidence has come on so much. The Sensei and his Senpai's are great. I highly recommend whether you're an adult or wanting your child to learn self defence.
