A. L.Great place to be. Lots of classes for fitness. which are fun and energetic. Opposite to the normal boring gym. More specialised training is provided. Staff are very supportive and encouraging to be, at your best. Which i find, personally, gives me a positive mindset for my personal goals 👍
E. T. G. t. k. o. g.A very impressive setup I must say and a credit to the owners they’ve done a fantastic job with this. There’s something for everyone here. Im used to the old school bodybuilding gyms so I didn’t think this gym would be my kind of thing personally ..but I was wrong. There is a great range of machines and free weights ,there is everything you could possibly want to be fair. I love the whole setup , it’s clean, tidy , well presented , bright & airy... all the facilities you need. The staff are friendly helpful and down to earth. Great atmosphere and certainly very good value for money. A great plus is you don’t have to sign up for a whole year membership like other gyms also. It’s an independent gym which I really like also ,being I have my own independent local business myself so big believer in supporting local. Please don’t hesitate in visiting these guys , you won’t be disappointment .. it ticks all the boxes as far as I’m concerned. It’s positive to see local businesses like this nowadays. Well done again guys.
T. L.I do Combat Ju Jutsu and I must say this is best defensive system I came a across. Kevin, Jay and Russ are very knowledgable, and experienced coaches. Always ready to help and with realistic approach explain and show proper execution of techniques. ... I wont lie ... it hurts during session, it hurts after, but the way I see it, it is better to be hurt at the gym (under control) rather to be hurt on the street. Classes are also about self control, how to stay calm and ready, so it is not only about physical side of combat.
I highly recommend this place, to everyone who want to turn into War Ready Machine, or just want to get superman fit and strong.
