Wonderful, warm, caring, child-led preschool setting, thoroughly recommended! We have chosen Redcliffe Children’s Centre as the perfect place for our two children since 2015 until now, and will certainly send our third child there too when she is old enough. The teachers are fantastic, as are the administration staff and the cooks, in fact everyone is so kind and nurturing to the children and their families.
They manage to create and maintain a fun, engaging atmosphere while providing wonderful opportunities for forest experiences and trips out to museums and places of interest, all with very modest means. Both my children have LOVED Redcliffe and my eldest still talks about it fondly despite it being 3 years since he attended!

We are so lucky to find this nursery. My daughter loved it. They are awesome. Also lucky to have lovely teachers like Cathy and josepha. There care and support was unbelievable. Definitely recommend everyone. 👌

We are so glad we found Redcliffe. Our daughter was at a different nursery from the age of 1 til 2 and she wasn't happy. As soon as she went to Redcliffe she settled in so quickly and now we can't get her to leave at the end of the day! The staff are incredible and teach the children wonderful things. My daughter is now 4 and is always coming home with more vocabulary and wonderful knowledge. As well as having had great fun either on the trips they go on or playing out in the wonderful outside space. Highly recommend for anyone in Bristol looking for a nursery/preschool place for their child.

My son went here from 2017 to 2019 and I cannot rate it highly enough. The staff are absolutely wonderful, they take the children on forest trips, have a great food project that is renowned and the support they give to the children and parents is lovely. Whenever I had something to discuss they were so supportive like when our pet died and our son was upset, the key carer took extra steps to make sure it was talked about but supported with him.
The atmosphere is great, it's got a great free play attitude and they really nurture creativity and imagination. Go and take a look, have a walk around and speak to previous parents, it's fabulous.

Redcliffe is the most incredible place for little people to grow and learn. My son attended a few years ago and I was totally blown away by the amazing staff and by the wonderful array of activities that the children enjoyed each week. With regular trips to the forest to explore the natural world, climbing, hunting for bugs, building dens and jumping in muddy puddles. It is a magical place where the children and their learning are at the heart of everything. I cannot recommend it highly enough. A very special place indeed.

My son has attended Redcliffe since August 2017 and has the most positive experience there. The staff are all wonderful, their approach is child-centred and the spaces and resources are all excellent. A particular highlight for my son are the weekly forest school trips, and also cooking/food opportunities. My son was diagnosed with autism in 2018 and Redcliffe have gone above and beyond to support his needs. Can't recommend this gem of a place enough... Will be so sad when he has to leave!

A fantastic, progressive and nurturing nursery with brilliant, caring, hard working staff, going above and beyond every day to inspire and enrich the lives of the children attending.
They tailor their approach to each child, encouraging curiosity, exploration and independence. I love their open-ended, child led, learning-through-play approach, and the importance they put on things like music and outdoor experiences like trips to the forest.
Crucially for me, knowing my children do best with consistency and forming strong bonds with carers, they seem to have a very low turnover of staff. I'm sure this is testament to their collective commitment to providing the best early years care and also to a good working environment for staff. They've been very supportive with my younger child's physical difficulties and complex dietary needs too.
There are several nurseries more convenient to where I live but it's undoubtedly worth going out of our way to send our children here. I wouldn't want them to go anywhere else.

Best childcare in Bristol (check out the Ofsted reports). The staff are all incredibly well trained and passionate about childcare. also the centre itself has a great layout with lots of toys a great outdoor space with sandpits, slides huts etc.. and there's even a kitchen where the kids learn all about how to prepare food!

A truly inspirational centre for both children and staff. An oasis in the city, providing the best play opportunities based on developing creativity and imagination. The staff are passionate practitioners and provide an exciting and wonderful environment for children. It is also a National Teaching Centre so that you can learn new skills and gain qualifications. This is a beacon of learning on all levels and provides an outstanding level of care. It emphasises Outdoor play and Mathematics and the food is also fantastic!
