I completed my OCN exam a few days ago and also attended the Heavenlyz first aid course at Pampers Grooming Academy in Stirling. Andrew from Heavenlyz made my exam day feel very relaxed and he did a fantastic job teaching the first aid course. The Heavenlyz manual was easy to follow and very informative. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of starting a career in the dog grooming industry to study with any centre that works in partnership with Heavenlyz.

I wouldn’t go through anywhere else to complete courses. Heavenlyz is so helpful and informative. For my level 2 exam and a pet first aid course I’ve had Andrew who is just amazing and created a very relaxed and chilled environment! I recommend Heavenlyz to anybody interested in a career with dogs, I couldn’t have chosen anywhere better.

I’ve taken part in the City and Guilds Level 2 Dog Walking and Pet Sitting courses and the Level 3 Pet First Aid course with Heavenlyz and absolutely love them! Liza is extremely knowledgeable and her vet nurse background just gives you so much more insight. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

As a highly trained nurse in my previous life I would like to say I am so impressed by the care sensitivity and depth considered in this course and think it is essential for all caring for animals . Since finding Liza and Heavenlyz on Fb ( although I’ve known about them for sometime) she has been extremely helpful in trying to interpret the information from the governing bodies in relation to Covid-19. Lots of grey areas along with options which make it almost impossible to get back to work. She’s gone out of her way to help everyone with videos, offer of calls etc. Also arranging Q&A’s for anyone, even like me who have not had any direct contact with them before. Thank you Liza. I've recently done my C&G level 2 training course at DGTA at Luton.This was a great course as included styling of many breeds of dog.I was extremely nervous for assessment day but really didn't need to be.Andrew did our assessment and from the moment he greeted us he put us all at ease.He was professional and did his job,but also had empathy for us girls,knowing we was nervous,and kept the atmosphere very light hearted.I would recommend Heavenleyz very highly!So if your thinking of training on one of there courses but think you couldn't possibly cope with the stress..please don't worry..go book your course today!you will make the best decision ever!Nothing compares to the feeling of achievement when you pass your exams xx
