D. G.Ben has been teaching my youngest daughter for a year now, since she turned 6. The lessons are fun, easy for her to follow and very, very LOUD! She loves them, the only downside is the half hour goes too fast!

He also fixed my bass drum pedal which was getting a bit ’tired and sloppy’. He responded quickly when I contacted him, and quite simply did a great job at a very reasonable price. In short, I’d have no hesitation in recommending Ben for all your drum tech needs. Sorry it’s taken me a little while to get round to posting this Ben :)

For a bit of context, I'm a semi professional musician and try to get the most out of my gear until it breaks. I'm normally quite good at maintaining my stuff...but for years, I neglected my DW 5000 kick drum pedal, letting it rust and decay, my own fault. I was about to cave in and buy a new one until I heard Ben had started up his own drum repair service.
After a brief online enquiry, I was invited to Ben's where he inspected the pedal and quickly pointed out the wear and tear. I handed over the pedal and within a few working days, Ben presented to me what looked, and more importantly felt, to be a brand new pedal. I was beyond satisfied! I'd spent a fraction of the cost of a new one and basically received back a new pedal in return. A great job considering the state I left it in!
Super professional, superb quality and great value sums up Ben's services. I'll definitely be going back to Ben. Would HIGHLY recommend!
