Simply the best nursery ever! I can't find the right words to describe how good and amazing place was Stepping stones for my children! A lot of happiness, smiles and love I've seen in my little ones after nursery. I would recommend them to everyone! Full with activities, toys and different rooms. Really well organized nursery. Thank you is not enough to say to the best members of the staff in my daughter and my son group! You are fantastic!

A brilliant nursery with a lovely homely feel to the place, great equipment and facilities. My daughter absolutely loved it and was very happy at Nursery. She made great relationships with the staff and I felt she was looked after extremely well. They even accommodated her vegan diet. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others and I am looking forward to sending my second child to The Cottage when I go back to work.

My son has attended the cottage day nursery from 9 months old till he started at school a couple of weeks ago. I always felt so comfortable leaving my son in the care of the wonderful girls, led by a fantastic management team who always looked after him so well with so much love and care and they develop a great relationship with us as parents too. My boy was always so happy and excited to go, which as a parent made me feel so happy to know he was happy and comfortable without me. The cottage facilities are absolutely fantastic especially the outdoor area..wow its amazing. I would recommend the cottage day nursery time and time again to anyone and everyone, my son was so happy here for over 3 years and i was gutted when it came his time to leave.

Both my children went to the cottage nursery on Bedford Street with my daughter just graduating preschool to start in reception this year. We couldn't be happier with our children's development, they always loved going to nursery and the nursery staff have been fantastic over the past 7 and a half years. Staff are very passionate about the children and make parents feel very welcome and involved. Everyone is so friendly and the facilities are amazing, they constantly upgrade equipment and change the environment so the children never tire of themes or toys. We would highly recommend the cottage to anyone!

A warm, homely and welcoming nursery. All staff in my child’s unit knew him well and always gave great feedback. The food my son had was varied and he loved it! Anytime I needed to swop a session the office staff were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this family run nursery!

I genuinely couldn’t have been happier with our experience of the Cottage Day Nursery. From the moment we walked round we knew it was the right choice for our daughters. The facilities across both sites at Bedford street are great. The sensory and physical room were fantastic when they were babies. The large garden (complete with pet rabbit!) were fantastic over at the main nursery. There was plenty to keep them both busy. The nursery is always clean and maintained well. Communication between nursery and parents was also brilliant. We were regularly updated through the the day on their activities, toileting and food consumption through the app. The food always sounded tasty! At the end of the day staff really took the time to debrief on the children’s daily activities and progress. We also had regular parents evening allowing for a more detailed evaluation of their progress. Everyday my children were challenged with numerous learning activities, ranging from arts and crafts to story time, songs and free play. All of this is underpinned by the most incredible, hardworking and really lovely staff. Everybody genuinely cares about the children under their care. My children felt listened to and cared for and were very fond of the staff. I cannot recommend them enough.
