Went to get my son’s secondary school uniform, the staff were lovely and sooo helpful! The allowed him to try everything on over the clothes he was wearing…. Which was really helpful!!! They told me what items I forgot to ask for to ensure I had everything I needed!! Really would recommend anyone popping down.

Great items but unfortunately one of the staff members is very rude i think it may be the shop manager , she doesn't seem to know any sort of customer care at all, very rude and sharp with customers, the rest of the staff are great and very helpful its twice i have been here in the past year and she is the same everytime!!

I have been shopping at Uniform Direct for over 3 years now and they have always exceeded my expectations from the wondful customer service from lovely and genuine friendly staff. Always manage to have everything in stock when I visit and the uniform is such good quality that I can hand items down to my youngest child. I will be back soon before the holidays start to buy my uniform, ready for Sept. Amazin!!!

A great shop for all of the school uniforms of the local schools around the area. I went in the school summer holidays so as you would expect, it was extremely busy. However, the shop is very well laid out and the staff cannot be more helpful. Got everything that I wanted in one trip.

Can I say how fantastic the manager is and all the staff, made the chore of buying school uniform so stress free. I was quite overwhelmed with the whole process as my son is really small for his age and was starting secondary school. Worrying that I had also left it really late I wouldnt have any uniform for my son I was as served by the manager who reassured me not to worry and that she would order in smaller sizes in all the items I needed (which would have been aged 7-8) including the blazer and pe kit. A week later everything was ready for me to collect. Fantastic 5 star service. Thanks to all at uniform drect

Over lockdown my daughter had a growth spurt and her blazer no longer fitted her. Visited Uniform Direct today and was sorted out with a new blazer by very friendly and helpful member of staff. Really appreciated the time she took in helping me with measuring my daughter for the correct size and the helpful advice regarding shopping early this year for September. I will be back in early July to buy more uniform for my son who will be starting year 7 this year. Excellent customer service.

This shop had everything I needed, considering that I left my child’s school shop to the last minute (day before he started lol). Staff were friendly and advised me where to get other bits for my child (like shoes and coats). Their covid guidelines are good as they keep everyone safe (especially the kids) by limiting the amount of people in the store at once - wish other stores were like this. Queue was long but was worth it as I got everything I needed! Highly recommended! See you next year lol

I wrote this review a while back but just wanted to reiterate how amazing this store is. Through all the strict covid rules etc the lady that runs this store has been amazing and still goes above and beyond, as do all the staff. I have seen people be rude and anxty because of the rules and yet a professional and helpful service with a smile has remained. I still wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Absolutely amazing uniform shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Good size, even when busy the shop never fails to meet a high standard of customer service. Brilliant value for high quality school clothes. Personally I prefer this shop for uniform over any other.

Absolutely Brilliant Service. Even throughout these precedented times of a pandemic the staff were calm, organised, maintained social distancing and impeccable hygiene. Felt very safe shopping with my son for his uniform as the staff are very friendly and go over and above.

Uniform Direct, is the hub for all your uniform needs in Derby. Centralised in Derby, with accessible parking, it is easy to find and reach. The social distancing protocols they are following are simply top class. They are leading the industry in following the Government guidelines, with ensuring that all of their staff and customers are safe in the pandemic. Clearly marked out lines and signs, with the staff being so polite and knowledgeable of the products. There is no better place to get your children's uniform. Unless they don't stock the school, in which you can still purchase the universal uniform that all schools students need. Note: Socks are non-returnable. There was a delay when I went in there. But it's normal for this time of year, I should have booked in for my collection. 😊 Would definitely recommend! Photos to follow.
