I really enjoyed the 3 day first aid at work training. The course was delivered very well and no one was made to feel pressured or uncomfortable in practicals. The trainer (Craig) was humorous and it was a nice group of people to be with for 3 days. I was apprehensive about the written test but after the comprehensive 3 days training given and having had first aid training over the last 30 years at various venues, it was absolutely nothing to worry about. The covid safety measures in place were good and the venue was light and airy. The seats were comfortable for the 18 hours of training which was an added bonus. We had lunch included too which was great. The refresher in 3 years will be over 2 days. I put myself through this training as I wanted something a bit more in-depth for work and also for my volunteer roles and I can't recommend it enough. First aid skills are invaluable and everyone should know at least the basics.
