Highly recommended English school where you can find good teacher, flexible times and reasonable prices. I joined English class once weekly for three months and my skills improved markedly!! Raoul Weston is an amazing teacher, he had identified my weaknesses and learning needs then worked hardly to improve them before finishing the course. I appreciate his invaluable efforts. I joined the Semi Intensive Course for 2 weeks and really enjoyed the lessons. We were a group of 3 students, so I had a lot of speaking experience as well as some grammar. To make the most of this time, I had chosen homestay accommodation. The couple I stayed with made me feel very comfortable and we had nice talks during breakfast and dinner.

I'm an Italian student and I have studied at DurhamSchool of English for a month choosing the semi-intensive course. The teachers are great! Thanks to their lectures I managed to pass the B2 Cambridge exam. Particularly, the teacher Raoul helped me a lot to improve my speaking and listening skills, although I thought it was impossible for me! The place is awesome, it looks like a museum, with beatiful garden and sculptures. I do recommend the Durham School of English, I'm grateful for them and I have great memories about it!

I took four hours per week classes, the material provided and the homework was fundamental to my improve score. I increased my speaking skill by 1.5 points and learned a lot of useful phrases and vocabulary for both skills speaking and writing. My teacher, Raoul Weston, has personalised material and a unique methodology that will help you to get the score you need (Of course, you also need to keep practicing at home and do the homework). Finally, I got the IELTS score that I needed to apply for a PhD. Thanks Mr Weston!!!

The teachers are very good, because there are no other students, so I am basically the only one in the big class, but the cost remains the same. About 36 fat people in 3 hours in the morning. You can choose the content and form you want to learn, chat with the teacher casually, in short, it is very free. I have participated in the program for 3 weeks, and I feel that my speaking and writing have improved quite a bit, because the teacher is purely British, and will also teach me some authentic English slang and how to distinguish the usage of some synonyms. In addition, the teacher has lived in Japan for many years and is more familiar with Asian culture. All in all, this is a very recommended English school. (Original) 在假期的时候参加了一个短期集中的课程。老师人非常的好，因为没有其他同学，所以大课基本上就是我一个人，但是费用不变。早上3个小时大概36胖子左右。你可以选择你想学的内容和形式，和老师随便聊天，总之非常的自由。我参加了3个星期，感觉口语和写作进步还挺大的，因为老师是纯英国人，还会教我一些地道的英语俚语和怎么区分一些同义词的用法。另外，老师在日本生活过很多年，对亚洲文化也比比较熟悉。总之，这是一所非常值得推荐的英语学校。
