Having started with online and 121 sessions, I am now really enjoying Alan's Saturday Workshop series as well as the opportunity to interact with his other students. Alan is a very knowledgeable teacher with a wealth of personal experience. I would thoroughly recommend his classes to anyone who is interested in a holistic approach to developing their own mind body practice.

I’ve really enjoyed attending these classes and found them to be informative and relaxing. Alan teaches the body postures and structures behind the Tai Chi movements as well as practicing the forms. The classes are accessible for complete beginners as well as those wanting to develop their skills further and there is even an online option. I would recommend for anyone wanting to take some breathing space away from busy schedules or shake off the tensions of the working day.

Alan's classes and workshops are very relaxing, energising and fun! I like the dynamics between physical practices and thorough tai chi theory, explaining body postures and movements. I've been to tai chi classes before where all was only about imitating teacher's movements. I feel like theoretical aspect of tai chi is really important to understand what you're doing so you can get the maximum benefit of it. Mindful, knowledgeable and patient, Alan is a great tai chi teacher.
