S. K.I am not learning German myself, but I have friends and family who are learning and I can just say that Goethe is a super supportive organisation. No matter what kind of difficulties you have, they will do their best to assist you. They have helped a friend of mine in a situation that wasn't even related to learning German itself. These people are not only extraordinary teachers and examiners, they are also willing to go the extra mile for you. If you want to learn German and feel well-supported throughout your whole journey, Goethe is a 5-star-first-choice recommendation!
C. A.I've visited the Goethe Institut as an external candidate for a few examinations now, and find the staff here are always extremely friendly and helpful. I had some travel problems on my most recent visit and they were very considerate and as supportive as it was possible to be. Unfortunately it's not feasible for me to attend courses here, but if it were a possibility, I would without a doubt. For anybody who has that option, I'd recommend the Institut wholeheartedly.
