D. H.Both my children have trained with Master Kirkwood for 9 years. They love training under him, being taught the traditional tkd values and also learning the self discipline and control required for not only martial arts but in life. In fact, I ended up starting training myself due to how much they enjoyed it.
Master Kirkwood is firm but fair and works wonders with all of the kids. The development I see week on week with some of the kids is almost unbelievable. My daughter, under Master Kirkwood's tutelage, has progressed to being a 3rd degree black belt. My son has read-only gained his 1st degree. He works well with children and helps them be the best martial artist they can be.
