j. s.My daughter attended revision classes as she was borderline C/B for Higher Biology, and predicted a B for her Higher. The Saturday school classes here boosted her confidence and consolidated her learning and she was delighted to achieve an A yesterday in her results. L. L.My daughter’s confidence has really grown since starting weekend lessons at Saturday School. She was incredibly lucky to be accepted onto the RSC Scholarship for N5 Chemistry and it’s definitely paying off as can be seen on her tracker reports. Have now enrolled her for the N5 Maths & Biology Grade Booster days as well.

M. A.It’s been a great experience so far. I have really been able to expand my knowledge in chemistry and it helps to get to know different ways of doing questions, other than the way you do it at school. It’s a really enjoyable and casual atmosphere and helps with setting a positive outlook towards Higher chemistry even if you aren’t doing very well in the subject.

O. A.I went to Saturday School to get my National 5 Maths in order to apply to do my post grad in primary teaching. After a poor experience at college last year I found Graeme and the team to exceed all expectations.
They checked in regularly to let you know how you’re progressing and gave you progress reports after every assessment. They made sure that you never felt alone through the whole experience. The lecturers (Alistair and Vicki) used for the Nat 5 course were fantastic and really made sure they got the best out of all of the class.

The Saturday morning also suited me, as I was working during the week. It was a very well done course, everything was there for you and there was always help if you needed it. K. M.I could not recommend Saturday School enough to anyone hoping to achieve their full potential in N5 Maths. Maths has always been one of the subjects i did not have a strong performance in after being unable to achieve the award at school, however since taking on Saturday School this year, I have been successful in gaining high marks throughout the content of the course so far - something i never thought would be possible!
Graeme and the team at Saturday School are extremely supportive and willing to spend time each week in checking in with each student going over any challenges and putting strategies in place to help stay motivated and increase students confidence in their abilities. Graeme takes time after each block of the course to send each student individual feedback on their strengths and praise on their progress so far, during this year in particular, this has been extremely encouraging and motivating to stay on track.
Overall, Saturday School has provided me with the skills and confidence to challenge content i never thought i would be capable of. The team provide a friendly and stimulating environment each week engaging with each student whilst proving top class tuition.

In addition she also attended the Easter revision and Nat5 in a day courses for English, Maths and Physics which she found to be extremely useful prior to the exams.

I started this year after not having studied Maths for a long time. I felt like Saturday School would be a supportive environment after contacting Graeme with my concerns about applying, and I wasn't wrong. Allistair and Vicki are the most supportive and encouraging teachers you could hope for. Never in my life would I have thought that I'd have used the words 'enjoy' and 'maths' in the same sentence, but thanks to the team at Saturday School, I can honestly say that I have. I've loved every minute of being challenged and pushed to achieve what I believed wasn't possible, and I can't thank the team for their support enough.
C. M.If you need National 5 Maths for personal improvement or professional advancement, then Saturday School is the place to do it. For me, as someone who hadn’t glanced at an equation for fifteen years, the level of interest and increased ability they’ve managed to generate in me has been amazing.
The two tutors, Vicki and Allistair, are brilliant, managing to make even the most seemingly impenetrable topics (I’m looking at you Algebra) somehow accessible, while treating all the students with more patience and encouragement than I ever experienced back in my secondary days.
Plus, there’s Graeme, the super enthusiastic and supportive head of the school, whose skills as a hype man manage to do the impossible and make me feel more confident in my maths skills, which is no small feat.
I highly recommend Saturday School Ltd to anyone who wants to get back into learning, you won’t regret it.

Both have thoroughly enjoyed the experience and learned so much. Lecturers are friendly and knowledgeable, the classes cater to the needs of pupils and help to identify knowledge gaps. They even offer an online tool where pupils can post question anytime they need help. Great value for money and Saturday School has definitely helped my kids achieve the great grades they were after

A. T.I can’t comment directly as it’s not me that goes however its easy to book with a very sleek website. Staff are always in early with no waiting about at the start. I’m not sure if the S4 is enjoying it but… hopefully it will just give him that little edge in the exam and tbh it’s another opportunity to learn. Turns out every day is a school day, even a Saturday!
H. B.Saturday school, was able to provide me with the course teaching and exam registration in one, on a Saturday. This is the only SQA accredited college to provide teaching on the weekend. This is why I chose Saturday School for my National 5 maths and English qualifications. The teaching is all focused on past paper exam questions which is the smart way to do it. Saturday school are great at providing extra support like different coloured exam questions, securing extra time or spelling support. I feel reassured that I am going to achieve my optimum.
