My little Girl started the nursery when she was 2 & the difference in her is amazing. She is nearly 3 year now & She has came on leaps & bounds since starting. The staff are really friendly & helpful. I found the app was really great with pictures of her day to day activitys & what she ate etc. She will be leaving next month & she will be sad to go. Would definetly recommend this nursery to anyone. Thank you for everything yous have done for my little girl Wee will miss yous all.

The nursery is very organised, and it has a clear purpose of encouraging and stimulating the children to the nursery environment. I noticed a clear development in my child's English language, skills, numeracy counting, and communication skills. The most fabulous feature that distinguishes them from others is the sec to sec updates regarding the child status in the nursery using the app (e.g., foods eating, toilet visit, naps and pictures). As a first time mother who put my child in a nursery, they make me comfortable and relax that my child in in a safe hands. Staff are very professional, lovely, helpful, responsive. It’s a massive worry for everyone leaving their most precious ones in strangers’ hands but I can say they made our transition into nursery very easy. I feel like we can trust them, they listen to our needs. I really appreciate the regular updates we get of our child’s progress; we can see a massive improvement since he’s been going there. My daughter's original nursery closed due to the pandemic and as my husband and I are both key workers she was moved to Smiley Stars. I was anxious about the move as there was no notice and we couldn't do a settling in due to work pressures. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise. There aren't enough superlatives to describe this place. My introvert little girl grew in confidence every day. In her old nursery she would barely speak to her teachers at Smiley Stars she would hug them. She was happy. She didn't want to leave at home time and was excited to go in the morning. We got daily updates with photos. She played with educational toys. She started to be able to sound out words like 'pet', 'cat', 'dog'. She got the best start for primary school. I think the best thing is that they support your child to be themselves and genuinely care. There's no helicopter 'parenting' they guide the children to sort out their issues which is so important for starting school. Want to be a princess one day and a pirate the next? No problem. Imaginative play is encouraged. On her last day they held a little graduation ceremony for her despite the fact she'd only been there a few months. They created a memory that will last a life time and gave her a printed book of photos to remind her of her time with them. We are grateful for her time here. If we were to do it again we would have chosen this place as her main nursery. It was so different from her last nursery in every way. Smiley Stars will give your child the best start.

Smiley stars is a nursery worthy of all the awards and appreciation in the world. They looked after my children throughout the pandemic and managed to provide the best care a parent can ask for. My children learned a wide range of topics, tried all kinds of delicious foods, and most important of all, had lots of fun. All the staff made my anxious lockdown children feel safe, just like home. I would recommend smiley stars to all my friends and family. We can go to work knowing that my children are in the best hands. The team honestly do a fantastic job! Can’t thank them enough 🥰🥰🥰

I can't recommend Smiley Stars highly enough. All the staff and owners go above and beyond for the children and parents and its apparent that they love their job and genuinely care for the children. Their communication and updates are second to none, they use a great app called Family which logs all daily activities, milestones, updates etc. The activities, learning and play is fabulous and they work closely with each child to develop them at their pace. Their food is healthy and nutritious and I love that they teach the children the importance of what we eat and environmental issues. My eldest daughter is introverted and uncomfortable in groups and they worked greatly with her to build her confidence. Both my children loved their time at Smiley stars and I can't thank them enough for the care and guidance they have given them. If it were not for us moving home and my eldest daughter going to school my girls would both still be attending. They are miles ahead of any other nursery I have encountered.

We were recommended Smiley Stars through work colleagues as they were able to accommodate children of key workers during lockdown. The staff were great and our toddler settled in quickly. We would have happily continued with Smiley Stars in the long term except for the convenience and proximity of our regular nursery that re-opened in August.

My 2 boys came to Smiley Stars nursery in Ibrox during the pandemic because my wife is a key worker. The boys had a terrific experience. We got photos and updates during the day (a service thier normal nursery doesn't provide) and I felt incredily well informed about what the boys were doing. They seemed to get lots of attention, plenty of good food to eat and were outdoors a lot. I was actually sorry for them to return to their local nursery. Tammy and her team are great people.

I recommend smiley star nursery as they are the most professional nursery in the city right now from my own experience ma boys were so hard to deal with them but the staff are experienced and settled quickly. And they take car of everything and the most important was for me is safe hands to let ma kids spend time there without worrying about.
