J. C.Best MMA gym in the Glasgow Area. I trained here for a couple of years and it kills me that I don’t train here anymore due to work commitments.
The owner, instructors and students harness a family ethos throughout making it a brilliant atmosphere with no egos- which is extremely rare to find in this sport.
I can guarantee that once you start training at the Lions Den, you’ll become attached and never look back!
