With a team of professional coaches and fighters alike, the gym offers immeasurable experience ready to be shared and taught. Come and join the family. Fantastic place for anyone interested in martial arts. Whether you want to get fitter or become a world champion this is the place to be. Lots of classes, fantastic coaches, and the cheapest fees. Ive been training here over a decade now and it gets better every year.

great family run place the classes are for adults or children, my boys have been going there 3yrs and look forward to the Annual Christmas party. It has a lovely community spirit & brilliant teachers.

I have been training there for a number of years now, having looked around many of the other places in the area. The value for money is astonishing, with a low cost either per night or monthly, and excellent instruction across boxing, K1 striking, wrestling and bjj. There is also a good range of additional clubs that make use of the facility to offer things such as lute livre and krav maga. I have learned more here than in all my other years of martial arts put together.
