My son has been attending this class for 5 years now and his next step will be black belt. Since he started at the age of 5 as a Little Dragon, he has developed his self-confidence, discipline, skills, mental and physical strength to an amazing level. The class is very engaging and the instructors are fantastic. They know how to develop and encourage the students but also discipline them when needed! It is good value for money, especially when you consider the range of disciplines taught. There are other classes out there, but the costs are largely the same and this one offers much more variety. My son particularly loves the range of skills that Mixed Martial Arts offers. I would highly recommend this class.

The session put on by MG Black Belt Academy have been terrific to date. Our lead master tutor Mr Kitchin is a great teacher who communicates in a clear and understandable manner which my 4 year old finds simple to follow. His patience is good as managing so many young children is no easy task. The support team are great and they always encourage my daughter through teaching and praise. All this in turn has helped my daughter increase her levels of focus, strength and confidence. Highly recommended for any parent who want their child to undergo a routine of self discipline and focus.

Great club!!! My 6 year old daughter joined 8-10 weeks ago and it is amazing to see how much confidence she has gained over that period of time, she looks forward to her classes and is no longer phased by demonstrating in front of her peers, she's now eager to volunteer when possible. Coaches are really approachable and focused on developing your childs skill set. I would highly recommend this club!!!

I highly recommend MG Black Belt Academy not only for their good quality of learning and outstanding communication, but also for the way they have helped my son with his confidence and learning ability’s. I imagine all parents can understand the difficulties that this awful pandemic of Covid-19 has affected all children of different ages. My son is 6 years old and since the return to schools he has struggled in and out of school with his confidence and trying to understand the routine of school yet again this has been difficult for him and many others. I tried to think of a way to improve his confidence and anxiety when in and out of school although his school has helped a lot he still struggled out of school. Since starting with MG Black belt Academy in ONLY 4 sessions my sons confidence is soaring he is full of joy and loves attending sessions at Beaumont Leys school the teaching is outstanding and each teacher really do focus on each student and their individual progress. A BIG BIG THANK YOU to all teachers you have really helped our son in so many ways. Well deserved 5 stars ⭐️.

MG Black Belt Academy is one of the best Karate Academies in Leicester. We have been with them for the last 2 years and even during the Pandemic, the teachers were doing Zoom lessons and encouraging our Children to be Active. The Summer Camp was one Day event and it was really good and exciting. It end with Water Gun for Kids and it was excellent Keep the good work, all the best

I have only been to a couple of classes but already I'm hooked. I feel more positive, confident and assured in everyday life. I look forward to the class each week as I learn different techniques to deal with different situations. It doesn't matter who you are, what you look like, how old you are and what your capable of, you will be looked after and there are classes to suit you. I'm 53 and love every minute.

We joined the MG Black Belt Academy a couple of years ago and since then our son is not only learning a life skill in a martial art he has excelled in confidence and concentration. The instructors are friendly and offer well organised sessions with a mixed variety of techniques and fitness drills keeping the students focused and engaged. These are split into respective age/experience sessions that are held during the week including one at the weekend so you can always find sessions that work for you.

My sons really enjoy the jiu jitsu sessions, they've only been going for a couple of months but their confidence has already improved. The teachers are always friendly and patient.

Don't understand the negative comments. There is an additional cost for belt testing but there is elsewhere. Cost is not more than other sports sessions but if you cannot make a session you can join another at no extra cost and this is encouraged by the instructors. Son is in Little Dragons and is already confident but is enjoying the sessions.
