My grandson has been going to Capoeira classes for just under a year and he loves it. Capoeira has been great for his physical development, concentration and social skills. Mestre Parente is great with the children and teaches the movements and culture through fun activities and games. They also play traditional Capoeira instruments and learn some songs in Portuguese. Lovely group of people.

Easy to reach by bus or bike and a nice little walk from town, I take the boys every week to the academy. The first time ever they want to go back to an activity and actually look forward to it every time. I love to see how fast they learn and grow and that is also thanks to a wonderful teacher. They explore their boundaries and discipline and have fun at the same time. And what's great, it is all with traditional music and instruments they also learn to play themselves. Capoeira nourishes, makes you strong and flexible in body and mind, I love it so much I started training myself, thank you, Mestre Parente, thanks capoeira family.
