Having recently retired I decided to start playing piano, so was looking for a piano teacher who could work with adults. It was a happy day when I found Rebekah! She has proved to be patient, considerate of my interests and an understanding teacher even though she is young enough to be my daughter! She gives me ownership of my learning, and understands how my life experiences affect my approach to developing my skills. She’s very flexible, and she appreciates that life can sometimes interfere with scheduled lessons. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rebekah, particularly for teaching adults.

As an adult deciding to learn piano, I was nervous looking for a piano teacher, but five minutes after meeting Rebekah I knew I was in safe hands. She made me feel completely at ease, giving me confidence from the very start, setting challenging goals but always achievable, so I never get disheartened! She also treats me like an adult, understanding when other commitments can get in the way of practice time. She asked early on what music I liked so that from the get go I learned songs that I would actually enjoy listening to too! Can't recommend her highly enough, five stars.

Previously having had two teachers that had retired and then havng a several year piano hiatus, it took me many months as a adult learner to find a teacher who could help me accomodate my needs. Wishing to continue to learn classical piano, Rebekah has been simply superb. She very quickly identifies my strengths and weaknesses, she continues to help me achieve much more than I thought was personally possible given my abilities. I can say with all conviction that her musical knowledge and teaching skills are at a level that I have not experienced before. My only regret being that I had not found her as a teacher 10 years earlier.

Becky has been teaching my 9 year old daughter piano for the last 18 months and is absolutely fantastic. She tailors the lessons to suit my daughter's needs and her personality, and takes time to choose pieces that she will enjoy playing and want to practice. They have built up a wonderful relationship - my daughter absolutely adores her and looks forward all week to her lessons, and I'm amazed at the progress she has made. I would recommend Becky 100% - you couldn't ask for a more skilled, supportive and all round brilliant teacher.

Becky is an amazing tutor to our two children. She is so passionate about music, incredibly talented and cares deeply about our children, which is all any parent wants. She inspires them to try their best and always encourages them. I would highly recommend Becky and hope she can tutor our children for many years to come.
