I had no fighting experience before joining and I was nervous going on my own for the first time, but the family friendly attitude and atmousphere in the gym is really special. The great thing is you can progress at a pace that you're comfortable with and there's no pressure. If you're looking to get fit, or just try something new; I'd fully recommend giving it a go!
