My daughter has been attending this nursery for almost 9 months and absolutely loves it. The baby unit she is in is wonderful, the staff are very kind, very professional. and they really care about the little ones and their development. Despite difficult conditions over the lockdown the nursery has found ways to keep parents connected including some lovely virtual events. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents

Excellent childcare for your little one and I am so happy that we have this in our apartment. This is very local for our children to grow up in the happy and safe environment. I live same building where nursery is situated and I been seeing resident is throwing rubbish to park/ balcony is well such as cigarette 🚬 and other stuff so is very unfair to claim on the nursery and sending bad reviews. This is health and safety of risk of fire in the area. This is happy environment with children having fun and excitement to play. Children also been supervised by staff member on the balcony and is happy playing and interacting. People need to understand that this is amazing nursery with friendly staff team and management. Everyone is the nursery always welcoming myself and my dog. A big thank you to all the staff at The Alphabet House Nursery School.

Firstly i would like to say that i am so sorry for your experience however i would definitely disagree as, My daughter has been attending ALPHABET HOUSE Day Nursery since the last 4 months and i am extremely amazed with the excellent service provided by all members of staff. I would like to add that I work very long hours and the nursery are able to cater for my daughters needs on a regular basis, they are able to provide fibre rich and gluten free products to assist her with allergies and health requirements. All staff are always so helpful including management team who are quick with daily feedback and always great with communicating. Due to the nature of my job i have changed many nurseries and i must say that Alphabet house waterside park is an outstanding nursery. They are always messaging and keeping me updated with the activities that my child has taken part with along side regular up dates of closure, events and also festivals. They have a great new TV system outside where i am able to see what activities my child has taken part in. it is very rewarding to see my daughter progress substantially along side being kept in a well maintained and enabling environment which she and i both feel safe for her to grow and flourish. I would highly recommend this nursery to all parents as i have stated before and if i was able to i would give them more than 5 STARS. A quick Thank you to all staff and management team at the Waterside Branch.

My daughter has been attending the Alphabet House nursery for over a year now. She started in the baby unit when she was 18 months and moved into the main toddler’s area when she was 2. She was a very attached baby, had never been looked after by anyone else before so separation was hard at first. However, the staff and particularly her key person have helped her settle in really well to the point she run from the park to the nursery door at the weekends! Baby unit give daily updates in each baby’s notebook which they take home with them. I particularly liked this system as I knew each day what activities my baby did, what she ate etc. The food is cooked fresh in the nursery and my daughter enjoys the meals. Her language skills are now of an English speaker even though we do not speak English at home. She counts to 20, knows her colours and is singing simple alphabet songs. I am very impressed with all the care her teachers provide. She talks about them nicely which I think is the most important thing to look out for in a nursery. The premises are small but the new manager has made many positive changes around the rooms and is exploring new ways of developing the children. They had a visit from Santa and a great Christmas party and are now starting football lessons. The nursery now feels like a big playroom at home. I am very grateful for their care and hard work and can’t recommend them enough. I read the other reviews and agree that sometimes a child will probably run around outside with no coat on but whose toddler doesn’t? Mine does and even I cant get her to keep it on! The most important is that the teachers are kind and approachable and I feel that my daughter is being looked after in a kind and motivating environment. I have seen many nurseries around and this one is by far the best.

A big thank you goes to all members of staff and current nursery manager!!! There are visible improvements within the nursery since October 2018, and hopefully this will continue on. Our child is very well looked after, and engaged with very friendly staff via various activities throughout the day. Furthermore, the location is ideal and very safe as located far away from main road, and next door to a large park area. I would recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for childcare requirements. Thank you!!!

My daughter is attending this nursery ( preschool section) since 6 months and so far it’s very nice and we had many good experiences from the nursery. The manager and the staff are really friendly and always will be there with us to clear all our doubts and questions. My daughter loves the nursery and staff and that makes me very comfortable as a parent. 😀

Like every parent, it is paramount that you are able to leave your child to be cared for in a safe healthy and educational environment. I vetted over 20 nurseries before making my final decision to select Alphabet Waterside nursery and 18 months on I stand by my decision. It is beyond me to read reviews where their experience is totally contrary to my own. The staff are most approachable, friendly and problem solving orientated. Where I have had queries which have been acted upon promptly. I honestly whole heartedly would recommend Alphabet Nursery Waterside to any parent or carer for their child.
