My wife and I have been doing face-to-face lessons for the last month in order to rapidly brush up our French (especially spoken) ahead of moving to Paris in a few months. Our tutor, Margot, has been very attentive and receptive to our needs. She has structured the lessons to help address a lot of questions thoroughly. We get ample time to review and practice new skills with the way the lessons are designed. Overall, this is proving to be very helpful. Anais has also been very helpful and communicative about scheduling (especially given the covid restrictions at the beginning). We are very pleased overall and thoroughly recommend Anais & Co

The team at Anais & co are super flexible and provide a great course to immerse yourself in all of the key lessons and topics in French. Would recommend to anyone that needed to learn French for work, or are simply looking to pick it up as a hobby. The virtual 1-1 lessons allow me to refine my conversational skills and pronunciation in the comfort of my own home and my tutor is really skilled in explaining 'the why' on how certain things are structured to help me understand, as I've found in other language courses it's just been explained as "this is the way it is", which makes it hard to understand origins and context. All in all, 5 stars for a great learning experience and service.

Hoping to accelerate my learning, I reached out to Anais, and it's one of the best decisions I've made in a very long time. I have private lessons with Emma on a weekly basis. Not only am I finally making progress, but I'm truly enjoying my lessons as they are a favourite part of my week! Emma has been a wonderful and supportive tutor. I have been taking lessons with Anais and Co for over a year. My main goal of these lessons was to help me maintain my level of French that I obtained while living in France for 4 years and to improve if possible. I have 12 lessons with Pauline online so far. I enjoy every minute of it!!! Pauline is always very friendly and kind, and SUPER patient. I tried French tutorials on Preply with a few tutors, but those tutors' curriculum is quite unorganised. Although I was accidentally found out about Anais & co, I was thinking about just giving it a go since the google review is very high, and I'm glad I did. The curriculum is clear and well organised, so does the syllabus developed by itself! I highly recommend this language school and Pauline, it is worth every penny you spend here!!!

I completed a 20 hour French course with Anais Language and thoroughly enjoyed each lesson. It was a well structured programme and easy to build on week by week. I started from scratch and now I'm a couple levels into ther beginner course, I can say I really enjoy the lessons and I can really see the progress. The first few lessons can be a bit slow simply because you're learning a completely new language from scratch and so you have to build a base first, but the course structure with the book alternating between grammar, vocabulary and other things then having the exercise book to go with makes it really easy to learn things and build on top of that. Definitely recommend!

I tried Anais to see how it was and surprising it turned out to be good. I like how the teachers are patient when it comes to teaching. What I really like about Anais is that they encourage you to take packages (6 to 15 lessons) and then they separate each lesson accordingly and they don't scramble everyone into one lesson. Eg. One lesson it would be all about reading, then in another lesson it would be all about speaking or improving writing skills. In this way we learn better (e.g. via baby steps).

I've been learning French with Imene from Anais and Co for just over two months now and can thoroughly recommend - this is first-class language learning. I was a little nervous about picking up French as the last formal learning I had was at school (and that was quite a while ago), but my tutor Imene has been excellent - the lessons are paced perfectly, I'm challenged enough to keep it interesting and exciting, and I’m managing to remember the material we cover. I’ve tried several learning methods over the years, including audio, books, and software/apps, but face-to-face learning with Anais and Co is just on another level. Imene has tailored the lessons perfectly; we start with a recap of the last week and then move on to the next topic. She’s patient, encouraging, understanding, knowledgeable and always happy to answer questions, it has been (and will, I’m sure, continue to be) a pleasure learning with Imene. Outside of the lessons Anais has been excellent with communication, matching me with a tutor, and really makes the whole experience a pleasure; everything is so well organised, and the professionalism is why you’ll see so many good reviews on Google. I have been taking one-to-one French classes for a year now and have been very happy with the teaching method of Anais. My teacher Celia has been great. Each class is well split between grammar, speaking and listening. My French has improved and I can have a conversation around pretty much any subject. I started taking 1:1 French lessons with Anais and Co earlier this year and I have really enjoyed them so far. The classes are tailored towards my interests and I get to speak 60 – 70 % of the time which is exactly what I was looking for. Following each class, the teacher provides me with a list of vocabulary as well as suggests specific areas of French grammar that needs to be revised. For each class I either watch a video on a topic of current affairs or read an article which I summarise. I highly recommend Anais and Co if you want to improve your spoken French and become more confident!

My tutor is Margot and she is very engaging, knowledgeable and most of all patient. Anais & Co is a great place to learn French. I have been doing classes regularly for the past few weeks and already feel as though I have learnt a lot. The books that accompany the course are very well structured and easy to follow. My teacher is Amelia who is very patient, nice and a great teacher! She makes me feel very comfortable and not embarrassed to make mistakes. As well as this, she writes notes for me to look back over after classes and helps me a lot with pronunciation. The French lesson that beyond my expectation! It is inspiration but also quite 'academic'. Anais is the third French teaching organization we used. Among the others we tried, some were focused a lot on activities which is more suitable for younger children; some were group lesson with very slow progress. Finally we found Anais and so far so good. It is quite systematic, the teachers are good and helpful, and they are quite 'academic' or 'teaching' focused. It's also inspiration that my 7yr old never complains boring. Strongly recommend for those 7 year above who seriously want to learn a langrage.

Excellent one-to-one lessons. Anais paired me with Hugo, a young Belgian teacher for online lessons, one hour a week. While I had reached an intermediate level with personal study, I was not confident enough to converse freely with native speakers. Within only a handful of weeks my speaking, listening and reading skills had greatly improved, and I had built up a new confidence that I was lacking before. Hugo was a relaxed but thoughtful teacher, and the lessons and suggested homework were always interesting and fun.

The text books are really easy to follow and introduce new vocabulary at regular intervals. Sandrine is really patient and provides detailed feedback after every session. I have almost completed a block of 20 lessons with Pauline and didn't even think twice, purchased another block. The teaching is so structured, interesting and varied. I was initially not a fan of the idea of online lessons but Pauline just makes you so at ease and really focuses on what your personal weaknesses are to help you improve them and pushes you the perfect amount so you are challenged without losing confidence as she helps you along the way. Anais has also been so understanding and accommodating to changing my lessons whenever needed as my schedule can at times be all over the place. Most importantly, you get the most out of your money, the lessons go at a great pace to allow you to soak in the information without dragging the lessons out just waste time as some other courses I have tried do. I have stuck with Pauline because i really enjoy the lessons and like the stability of having one tutor but from what I have read it sounds like they are all great so if you're considering getting lessons I would recommend not overthinking it and just going for it!

I have wanted to learn french for a couple of years and having used a few apps and audio books I realised I needed guided lessons and more importantly a teacher to practice speaking with. After searching online I came across Anais and Co, we had an initial phone call to discuss what I wanted from the lessons, motivations, and what level I was hoping to reach. Anais and team are brilliant. They have a standard curriculum based on what you want to get out of the classes (e.g reading, writing or both). This also allows you to change teachers if you want to get exposure to different teachers or any other reason without having to go over any lessons already completed. Anais & Co have been excellent in supporting with learning French. Anais books lessons to suit me and my availability and my lessons are always an enjoyable experience with my tutor Imene. Imene makes the lessons fun while learning and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed when learning something new can be daunting. Anais & Co, are a brilliant French tuition service that has been a very positive experience for us. Although most training providers refer new customers to a sales team or online portal, Anais contacted us directly (the same day) to understand our needs and how she could support us on our learning journey. In terms of the lesson/ teaching experience, we are very pleased with our French teacher (Imene) and her professionalism, enthusiasm, interpersonal skills which she brings to every lesson. She is consistent, adaptable and knowledgeable and we can't have asked for a better teacher. We really enjoy our French lessons with Hugo and would definitely recommend. I personally really like that the class is quite structured which makes it easier for me to learn. What an amazing course, I can’t recommend highly enough. Learning a new language is tough but luckily I found Anais who publishes and sends you a really great exercise book. My lessons were online (due to COVID) with Marion. Marion is an absolutely fantastic teacher, I don’t think there is a better one in a London, she is engaging, funny and very tolerant of all my bad pronunciations. I feel I have good foundations to build on now moving forward with my French language. I contacted Anais and her school as I wanted to learn a new skill during the second lockdown in the UK and I had learnt french a long time ago. Anais was responsive and organised 1-1 lessons for me with Apolline. The lessons are well structured and aided by the exercise books. You can move as fast as you would like and there is always options for self study. Apolline writes up excellent notes of what is covered in class and sets tests which have helped me learn. I am looking forward to my first trip to France post lockdown where i can use what i have learnt.
