Really nice people i always feel welcome and the studio's are nice and tidy. Great equipment to use and always in good condition if you ask for the recording it always get sent to you within the time said. Left alone in the studio to do your thing and for the price you pay there is nowhere better.. I've been using at least fortnightly for the last 5-6 months and have enjoyed every session with absolutely no problems at all.

A great experience so far, would highly recommend if you want to learn how to DJ and produce music. Have been taking classes in the past 2 months without any prior music experience and super grateful to be on that journey! Mantas is a great instructor, with his in-depth knowledge and direction I am learning about the art of mixing and creating music, which seemed impossible for me only some time ago. Also, Egle has been super helpful at all times, would recommend you to contact her in case you have any questions :)

it's hard to find a studio with Technics nowadays. But this studio has it all. selection of mixers, proper studio with good sound system. It's cheaper than other places also. Nicest people, also my fav event organiser / artist runs this place. Travelled from North East London but worth it!

An excellent studio with top of the range equipment. Lovely new CDJ’s really decent loud studio Monitors. All the equipment for live streaming which is great. Would 100% recommend. I’t would be awesome to see the new pioneer djm v10 in the studio but I’m sure that day will come. Really lovely receptionist who always looks after my and my partner when booking the studio. It’s a weekly booking for us now! 10/10

Fantastic studio situated in the heart of Shepherds bush. Studio was clean, held 2 top line club standard CDJ's and DJM mixer. Owner was friendly and approachable and even made sure I had everything I needed! Was great value at £10 per hour. 5/5 would recommend! Thank you BAD Studios!

I have been extremely pleased with the quality of the lessons and the progress I have made in my DJ lessons with Mantas over the last couple of months. I was initially hesitant to start lessons due to a lack of self-confidence, however Mantas' positive outlook and expert knowledge of the art of DJing has helped me progress in a way which I never thought was possible. I am very much looking forward to starting production lessons once I finish with the DJ course. Perfect space to learn and practicing mixing and producing. I started going to the dj studio to practice as I had some previous experience and had taken a dj course before. Then I met Mantas I ended up starting the course from zero and it's the best thing I could have done. I was blown away by the teaching approach and you can see your progression every week. I also started the production course and again really happy with the practical approach and the equipment. Mantas is a great teacher and the rest of the staff are always really friendly and professional. I can't recommend them enough.

I now hire the studio on my own to practice what I learnt. Another big plus is getting familiar with I industry standard kit. I've known Mantas for ages now and he has helped me so much. He breaks down DJing in a way that makes you really understand mixing, something which other tutors elsewhere tend to brush over. My confidence (which was terrible) is getting better each time and I'm so happy to come here to learn more because I know it's the most accurate way to learn, evolve and continue building my confidence. I've done production with Mantis too who built the lessons on what I already knew and introduced me to hardware and plug ins I had never used - this was ESSENTIAL and very important for me in during my progress with music. Overall, a very supportive and challenging (in a good way) way to learn. If you really want this and really care about creating and mixing electronic music, I couldn't recommend them enough.

Highly recommended!!! Can't say about other DJ schools but, the only reason I am currently playing in one of the top clubs in London is because of "Become A DJ"... Joined the full course couple of months back and it was a wicked experience.. One-to-one lessons unlike group classes was a killer and highly customizable program where I was allowed to choose the timing of next session (at my own pace) made it easier.. Landed my first gig within couple of months and others lined up already (and my friends thought I was joking when I said I am playing at Pacha, lol).. Teachers are professional DJs & very friendly (Thanks Mantas!)... Got to work and practice on standard club equipment; can't complain.. Quality is important, so critique and feedback on learning/progress given in detail, was great and helped a lot.. Studio looked a bit underground in beginning but after first session itself I knew that this was it!! They teach real skills, no short-cuts/phoney... Also, got opportunities to meet lots of amazing people in the field since you get access and invitations to tons of parties which are organized by the institute (and when you are ready, you get to play in one of them), which is awesome!!! If you understand your music and are really serious in getting into the industry (whether its DJing or music production) then, I recommend to take the first free session and you'll know..

The teachers at Become a DJ combine the key components of music theory with the practical elements of DJing, ensuring that you leave the course with all the confidence you need to become a fully fledged DJ. Regularly go there, often with a friend. I can only recommend this place. Sound (KRKs) is top notch, and DJ gear is constantly maintained/repaired (cue buttons, Eq knobs, etc.). They added last year a brand new Xone92 if you wanna change from the usual DJM-900. Room is very well insulated and has AC/heating. Access is easy through central line or hammersmith. Mantas, Ireen and especially Egle are very helpful and kind. A logical 5-star for me!

I first started the course a few months ago after i'd had a bit of experience doing some dj'ing but wanted to start it "properly".I was amazed how little I knew until I began the course!You get one on one tuition which I feel is important,the course is also around your time which also is important,if like me you have full time work commitments and the value for money really is top class!! What the course also gives you is the chance to meet other like minded people and the chance to network as well as the top class facilities at the studio!A few months down the line and I now have the confidence and knowledge to start playing in venues,which in fact i will be playing my first "real" gig next week all thanks to BecomeADJ. I also know I will have the continued support moving forward.If anyone is thinking of taking a course I highly recommend this,I can't speak highly enough of it.
