I am doing a 10 week Portuguese course online, after having done a course with a different company in person, and have found Cactus to be very professional. The zoom format works really well and the time I save travelling to a class can be spent studying instead. This comes on handy as the tutors speak much more Portuguese during this class than they did in my previous course (which is good practise, but still challenging), so there is a definite need for me to keep on top of my homework and pre reading. I'm looking forward to working my way up through the course levels.

I honestly cannot rate this company highly enough! I had actually previously booked onto another language course, but the course was dropped due to not having enough students. So I contacted Cactus after their semester had already started and they could not have been more helpful! Any time I have a question, the Customer Service Team respond within a matter of hours, they're all so friendly on the phone, and honestly feels like they cannot do enough to help. I have a feeling I'll be coign here for years to come until I master Portuguese :D
