My 1 year old daughter has been attending this nursery for a month and I can say the staff are very approachable and have been very flexible with my needs as a parent. Always providing updates on her day and asking about her evenings and mornings. My daughter settled very quickly and absolutely loves it and never wants to leave. She's very attached to her key worker and you can see the care and attention they give your child. I could not recommend this nursery enough. It truly was a smooth transition for us and I am very happy with the service provided.

I visited a few nurseries, after checking out Children 1st it ticked all the right boxes for me. Clean, orderly, and welcoming with a family orientated feel (as opposed to a business). As a first time mum, owners Fiona and Deanna took time to walk me through the nursery and give me a detailed tour answering my (many!) questions making me instantly feel comfortable. My daughter has settled in really well and enjoys it, her key worker Elaine is lovely, caring and communicates with me on a regular basis as do the other staff. I don't often leave reviews, but this nursery is worthy.... Highly recommended!

Looking for a nursery during the first national lockdown of the pandemic was not easy. Many were closed and were not responding to calls or emails. Deanna and Fiona were, and continue to be, on hand - ready and available at all times. With my daughter, we arranged a viewing and it was clear from the offset that my daughter not only appeared eager to enjoy the bright, clean and engaging environment, but also took an instant liking to both ladies. This obviously reassured me being a first time mother with a seven month old, going to nursery during a pandemic. I have not had a single regret! Like many babies, my daughter would initially cry but I soon learned this was for my benefit as as soon as the door the closed and she believed I was out of ear shot, she would stop crying. A year later and my daughter has no interest in even say goodbye in the mornings as she desperately jumps into any of the staff members arms, excited to start her day, get her double portions of breakfast and interact with all her friends. Nothing is too much for the staff here! My daughter is well cared for and loved - as a full time working mother in a high pressured job, this is reassuring for me. I never worry while she is here. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough and will miss the day when my daughter has to leave. The staff at Children’s 1st have supported my parenting and give daily updates on, not only her academic learning, but her learning holistically (thus producing a well rounded individual). Thank you to EVERYONE (including the chef) at Children’s 1st Nursery for the care and love my child is wrapped in when with you.

Amazing my daughter loves it. I had a lot of anxiety about sending my daughter to nursery as she has health conditions and dietery requirements. However the staff put my mind at ease by reasurring me, calling me with updates and doing their own research about my daughter's conditions. It is very clean and the staff are kind, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this nursery 100%

This was the perfect nursery for my 1 year old child. A homely, clean & welcoming environment. The staff in the baby room are true experts & made the whole process of settling my child a smooth and much easier process than I anticipated. Within 1 month of my child attending I have already increased his days. Strongly recommend this Nursery.
